The GCCM (Global Carrier Community Meeting) that took place in London was a thoroughly successful event. It was held on Feb. 9, 2015 and ended till Feb. 10, 2015. During the event, over 500 members who make up the Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 form of communications were present in order to change how the globe communicates with one another.

Out of the several tech firm executives present at the event, Wavetel’s representatives were also among them, since the communications solution provider was the gold sponsor of the entire event. Furthermore, there were several of Wavetel’s services that were debriefed to other firm executives in order to look at more lucrative ventures.

Wavetel’s qualified team had many successful direct meetings with different delegates in order to interconnect with them in a mutually beneficial way.

The entire event was summarized in to the following segments:

  • Voice
  • Data
  • SMS
  • Mobile
  • VAS
  • Cable
  • Satellite
  • Data Centers
  • Other related segments

After the first day of the conference, Wavetelhosted the after party that took place at the Sky Lounge atDoubletree by Hilton, conveniently located at Tower Bridge. The event was surrounded by the who’s who of the telecommunications world where they were immersed in discussing future plans on how communications are going to be shaped in the coming years as well as enjoying a few drinks and snacks all whilst looking at the stunning views of the tower bridge along with other famous London landmarks.

Wavetel’s services

For global connectivity services, Wavetel is offering its VoIP Wholesale and VoIP Reseller program. Since the communications provider cannot be present at several locations at a given moment, interested business owners can communicate with Wavetel in order to distribute its services to other businesses.

Since the transition from legacy systems to VoIP has started to become adopted at an alarming pace, there is no doubt that VoIP communications are going to be ubiquitous among business owners and service providers in the foreseeable future.

In addition, Wavetel also excels when it comes to hosted PBX solutions. Hosted PBX solutions outweigh legacy PBX systems by being scalable, cost effective and far more reliable (in terms of a power outage), making them the perfect business communication setup. By installing a hosted PBX setup, a chain of cost reductions can take place ranging from line rent to maintenance.Along with this Wavetel also has a comprehensive white label reseller program which it offers to telecom businesses which will make them able to set up their own customers on their own branded hosted PBX service.

SIP Trunking is a platform that is provided by Wavetel. In terms of reliability, it scales above ISDN because of the same perks that hosted PBX solutions bring to the table. They will keep the entire office environment connected, and will provide flexibility of voice, video and data services at the premises.

In addition, the SIP Trunks are also scalable since they do not let business owner’s waste exorbitant amounts of money on line rentals just so they can future proof themselves. Similar to hosted PBX solutions, SIP Trunks are also scalable, and are able to grow according to the frequency that businesses bring in.

While the GCCM 2015 has been concluded in London, there are several other destinations where the Global Carrier Community Meeting is going to take place. Business communication setups are expected to change very rapidly and make way for new, improved and flexible systems.
